Appointment Policy

Appointments are necessary. Please call our office so we may schedule you an appointment. We will then reserve that time exclusively for you and your pet. We have hours late on certain days and we also have appointments available on Saturday.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.

We also accept Care Credit, you may apply at Fairleigh Pet Center or online at www.carecredit.com

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
